Our Success & Achievement
- Due to the tireless work, discipline and motherly kindness of the concerned people of this institution, the children with brain development problems studying here have already played a glorious role in various competitive social-cultural arenas of the district.
- Every year on the occasion of World Children's Week Day, the children of this institution get 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the drawing competition organized by Manikganj Shishu Academy.
- From 2012 to 2016, every Victory Day and Independence Day national event parade and display competition were participated with normal children and won first place in the display category every time.
- Khadija Hasan Katha, a student of this institution, won first place in National Children's Award Competition- 2016 in Palligiti Category, National Children's Award Competition- 2nd Place in Palligiti Category, Inter-Primary Music Competition- 2017 (Upazila Level) in Palligiti and Patriotic Category. He overcame his handicap to play the harmonium by himself.

- Bhuyshi has won accolades by participating in the music program of the "Liberation War Vijay Mela" organized every year on the occasion of Victory Day in Manikganj. Every year, Sir Dinesh Chandra Sen is invited to participate in the cultural program of Sir Foundation's anniversary function.
- Department of Sports Bangladesh, organized the "National Football Player Selection Program - 2015" at the inaugural event in Dhaka to display the display. The State Minister for Sports was present as the chief guest in the event.
- Afsana Akhter participated in National Special Olympics Competition, Bangladesh, organized in 2015, Silver medal in shot put, Jihadul Islam Shahjahan won bronze medal in long jump.
- Students are taught to make shopping bags as a handicraft. Shopping made by students is sold in different shops of Manikganj. The proceeds from the sale are used to help students achieve financial independence and development.

Present Barriers
This organization needs more improvement and development for giving proper care and service to the special children. There are many helpless children who are needs rehabilitation. Particularly, the children aged above 15 years need 24 hours scheduled care. Many parents already contacted us to keep their children in our rehabilitation home from different places of our country. It is now the time demands to start the hostel facility as early as possible. This organization needs more trained teachers, training facilities, handicraft training opportunity, full time occupational therapist. Because of the lacking of adequate funds these necessities cannot be fulfilled completely. It is not possible to run this organization on the basis of donation. So, by producing handicrafts item, establishing bakery, Super shop etc. we can ensure permanent income and employment for the helpless children and women. But in that case, there would be needed more funds.
